The Healing Mind is passionate about giving back to local charities, to raise money for their causes and to support their volunteers that give their time to help others. In June 2023 I raised £1100 to support The Hospice of The Good Shepherd.

It is important and cost effective to engage in workforce wellbeing, to promote health and a happy workplace. Hypnotherapy, counselling, EFT and reiki support can all help reduce stress, depression, anxiety and chronic ailments such as fibromyalgia, IBS and back and neck pain caused by tension. As an employer you can refer or ask team members to self-refer for support.
